Traditional Procedures Versus All-on-4® and Teeth-in-a-Day

Traditional approaches to restoring a full arch of upper and/or lower teeth usually involve bone grafts, six or more implants, and as many as 18 months of treatment. That meant that a patient would often be without any teeth or with ill-fitting temporary dentures for more than a year.

With All-on-4®, the patient needs only a couple of office visits for the oral surgeon and prosthodontist to prepare and implement a comprehensive treatment plan.  All-on-4® dental implants are extremely stable, easy to maintain, require less bone volume and the process can even improve oral bone health.

Why Choose Teeth-in-A-Day?

With Teeth-in-a-Day, you can walk in and out of our office with a new set of implants in a single visit. Accomplished through a prosthesis held solidly in place by four dental implants, this advanced procedure provides the comfort and security patients often miss with removable dentures while at the same time preserving the jaw bone and bypassing the need for bone grafts. By eliminating the daily frustration and discomfort of dentures, patients can once again enjoy the dietary freedom of those with natural teeth with the most sophisticated solution there is to tooth loss.

Am I A Candidate?

The All-in-4® procedure is best for patients with significant tooth loss or decay and for people whose bone loss in the jaw area prevents them from getting traditional dental implants. You must have a sufficient amount of bone mass in the area to receive dental implants. Certain health conditions may prevent the ability to receive All-on-4® as well. Some patients cannot access the All-on-4® treatment option for various health reasons such as diabetes.
