When visiting the dentist, patients always have an expectation before they arrive. If they visit a practice who only sees them as another patient and not as a person, then that’s going to affect the quality of the care. When building a dental team, it’s incredibly important that all our members put a large emphasis on patient care, not just getting the work done and moving on.
Building a relationship with patients and taking the extra time to answer questions they have about their oral care is a key tenet at Parkway Prosthodontics. Our newest hygienist Mallory, who will be joining us in the next month, holds that belief very close to her heart.
